ElectroCT

COOLING TOWER MAINTENANCE SYSTEM

CT_hero.jpg

The process of electrolysis applies electrical charges through water with the use of electricity transmitted through an anode and a cathode. The application of electrical current through these electrodes produces a solution that has high oxidation properties (OH, O2, HOCl). The active chlorine and active oxygen components act in unison to perform as a powerful, yet safe, decontaminant and mineral-reducing solution.

Using this technology, we introduce ElectroCT,
the non-chemical scale removal system.

The most important advantage of the ElectroCT is that it provides a completely non-toxic, yet still cost effective, alternative to environmentally destructive chemicals.

  • Lowers Energy And Maintenance Costs

  • Improves And Restores Δ T’s

  • Reduces Blowdown To Help Protect The Environment

  • A Non-chemical Solution To Algae And Other Microbial Concerns

  • Monitored Systems To Assure 24/7 Maintenance

Results

These samples are from circulating water collected from an industrial chiller. The first picture was the current condition. The second picture shows the water after three months using the ElectroCT.

In this sample of electrolysis efficacy, electrodes are placed on the compressor unit. The picture on the right shows that after an electrode flash, the buildup of calcium and silica gather together, ready for flushing.

The secular change of oil cooler openings are evident here. The left picture was the condition at the start, and the picture on the right is after six months using the ElectroCT.

In this sample of the interior of a cooling tower, the first picture shows the state without the use of ElectroCT.
The second picture shows the clarity of the water with regular use.
